"The work Erdelyi associates did is great, but communication and timeliness were lacking. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates."

"I hired Kyle as my structural engineer for my ADU. Long story short, my original architect ghosted me, and left an incomplete plan and about two months before application expires. I had to change my design a bit and Kyle was so kind. He helped me finished my revision over a weekend even though he had a lot of work at hand after he leaned my situation. And the city revision only cost him a day. With his help I was able to pull my permit two days before the deadline! Excellent work Kyle! Much appreciated!"

"We had a complete kitchen remodel done by Beneflipper Construction. Damon Benefield (owner) and his crew did a fabulous job. The work included demolition of the entire kitchen down to the studs. Damon increased the size of the see-through area between the kitchen and the dining area. New plumbing, electrical, cabinets and appliances were put in. The great part about the project was that Damon was in contact with us for the entire process. Plus, he was spot on with the estimated time of completion. We are thoroughly pleased with the workmanship, ease of communication and timely manner in which our project was completed. I would highly recommend Damon Benefield and Beneflipper Construction without reservation. In fact, we loved the ease of working with Damon, that we had him do our bathroom remodel, as well. Thank you! Thomas Morrison & Dondi Austin Long Beach, CA"

"The bathroom remodeling was a remarkable transformation, turning our outdated space into a luxurious retreat. We're enamored with the sleek, modern design that enhances our daily routines with elegance and comfort."

"These people did an amazing job! Being the guy that I am my house definitely needed some new ideas. I have no clue about interior design, but working with them quickly put me at ease. So if you're looking for a company to guide you in the right direction and create something just for you, go with this interior design company!"

"Fantastic work by the Vulcan Build team. From the start, Michael was clear and professional. The pricing made sense, and the project stayed on track from beginning to end. Clean, detailed work with great design input. Highly recommended!"

"I hired Skedio Studios to draft plans for my home porch extension and driveway remodel. Their team was professional and ultra helpful every step along the way towards final approval of our building plans in the City of Torrance. We corresponded by email back and forth at least a hundred times. We met online by zoom and in person for a few visits. I was reluctant to hire them since they were not local, but it turned out really well. All of the staff, especially Daniel, Octavio, Miguel and Katherine were courteous, highly skilled and listened to what we wanted for design. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future projects."

"I had my garden and bathroom remodel done. Albert and Samuel were professional, friendly, and a delight to work with. They're responsive and reliable. I also like the subcontractors whom they used on my project. They kept me informed of everything and I appreciate their excellent work."

"Very quick and easy to work with. The drawings and the design for our project was perfect! Thank you!"
