"Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Eric, the overseeing person at the job daily, was so knowledgeable. It was comforting knowing someone like him was there for the two days to visually overlook the job and inform us of what was going on. Our sales person, Will, was great as well. "Victor.and his crew were phenomenal. They worked hard, everyone knew what task to perform and Victor was always on top of the job. He would stop whatever he was doing to answer any questions we had and made sure everything was to our liking. This was a big job, removing old wood clapboard siding and installing insulation and new vinyl clapboard siding that looks amazing. The crew would clean up the area at the end of each day and Victor would make sure we were satisfied with the process. He and his crew are knowledgeable and polite.
