"Jose did a 50-yard-long cement walkway varying from 4 to 8 feet wide and then installed brick on top. He also did some drainage work that ended up a being a bigger job than we planned due to slope & elevation. He is a licensed general contractor and has a hard-working team he works with including his father who has been in the cement business for many years. They have the large digging & dirt moving equipment needed for the work. Jose was open and flexible with changes I wanted to make along the way. I am happy with my walkway and the drainage work and would use Triple MMM Construction again."

"The end result of the patio was fairly good, but it took a lot of work on my end to get there. The owner came out and gave me a $500 estimate and then doubled it after thinking it over for the afternoon. Scheduling the job took several weeks, and the day they were supposed to come with the concrete, they didn't show at the appointed time. When I called, the owner said there had been an issue with the truck so they couldn't come that day--he didn't seem to think he needed to call and let me know, even though I had stayed home from work for the appointment. When they finally did show up for the job, the guys working on the patio trampled several plants in the back yard and left trash and cigarette butts everywhere, which they never cleaned up. They also neglected to finish areas around the edges of the patio / near the house and just left gaping holes. I had to call them about that and the owner came out and finished them by hand, but it didn't look great and didn't match the finish of the rest of the patio. Overall, pretty unprofessional."
