"I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."

"Tool Time, has been great to work with, as soon as I called Jason sprang into action, answering questions and offering prices for the standard buildings. When I actually went to the office he was not there so Justin took over, he too was on top of things. Impressively, unlike other portable building manufactures in our area, they were very willing to stray from the normal buildings they build. The first stumbling block is, we have already poured a concrete slab, second is we wanted to modify: siding that can be sealed for air infiltration and doesn’t look like it belongs on a low end travel trailer, taller walls and a barn style roof to add more storage space in the attic area; none of this was a problem, it did change the price as one would expect. Justin and Jason have both followed up both by e-mail and by phone. I have not had anything built as of yet however, I have seen many of their buildings at other homes and have heard nothing but praise from the owners, looking at them I see nothing wrong with the workmanship or quality. Even better is the base buildings price is very reasonably yet you can have them modify to meet your style and budget needs, these guys will actually work out of the box as opposed to building from only their designs and base materials. Unfortunately, in this county to simply have someone follow up is very difficult, as I’ve found sometimes just getting the initial phone call returned is quite the hurtle here, Tool Time has blown all others out of the water; for this reason alone I’m giving them a write up on Angie’s list."
