"I did a lot of research on solar companies for some time and I was please to see that SunLux was the right choice from the research I had done. I had both the roof and the solar system installed. They are A rated, have been upfront from the beginning and best of all they are guaranteeing my system, inverter, and MY roof (to not leak where they installed or altered) for 25 years. From the very start I was a little skeptical, but the salesperson who helped me was very honest and didn't pressure me at all. After the sales process, someone comes out and surveys your house then to the design/engineering team. Engineering made plans and sent them to me for approval. After I said yes, they had to get approved from city. After all was approved it was time for installation. Everything went better then I expected. The install was fast and clean. They are quick, there is no disruption to you or your family, if you blink you may miss them. Very easy to get in touch with. In fact It was so easy that I still question if they were even at my house! Lucky for them the roof and solar panels at the house is proof that they were there!"

"Called up Wasson Roofing around 2/21/15.  The owner's wife(?) told me that they were very busy and that Forrest Wasson would call me back as soon as possible, in a day or two.  Forrest called me back a couple of days later and said that he would come out to look at the roof the next day.  He showed up early in the morning, as promised, and surveyed the roof/leak area.  He explained to me that he was very busy with trying to finish up some big roofing jobs between the rainy days and that it might be a month or so before he would be able to start on my roof.  Fair enough.  So I told him he was hired, and Forrest emailed me a written estimate with 2 different repair options the next day, as promised.  I agree to the more extensive roof repair option and sign the agreement and email it back to him on 3/5/15.  As earlier explained and expected, about a month later, Forrest calls me and schedules a day to start the repairs.  Forrest and his roofing crew show up early in the morning on the agreed upon day and start working on the roof.  They do the teardown and repair work in a few hours and finish up by 12 noon.  Even blew the leaves and pine needles out of my rain gutters!  Paid Wasson Roofing by check after he emailed me their invoice.  I didn't go inspect their work up on the roof until a month or so later.  I should've, because I found alot of roofing nails scattered all over the back side of the roof, along with pieces of cut shingles, paper shingle wrapping paper, etc.  Also found that one of the plastic mounting brackets for the evaporative cooler was cracked/broken.  Wasn't cracked/broken before they did the work because I had checked everything up on the roof before they came out to do the repairs.  Also, haven't gotten any rain yet since they did the repair work, so it still remains to be seen if the roof is leak free in the repaired area. <br />"

"Mr. Willis was extremely professional and has been in business for 30+ years. He came out to my home to give me an estimate and was very thorough with his inspection. He gave me a written estimate on the spot. After obtaining 2 additional estimates, I chose Mr. Willis to perform my partial roof repair. He was at my home for two days, did everything he promised to do for a reasonable price and completely cleaned up prior to leaving the premises. "Our experience with American Array Solar has been fantastic. We had actually signed with a different company, but decided to go with American Array. They gave us a better product with a better warranty and at a much better price. However, what I am really impressed with is their customer service. "Garry called me and requested to come over to see the scope of the work. He showed up right on time for the appointment and after I showed him the broken pocket door and explaining that I wanted all the hardware to be replaced including the top track. He wanted to make sure about the quality of the top track I like him to buy, so gave him my specification that is to get an aluminium track and 3 wheel rollers, I was tired of spending money to repair every year. He called me the night before to make sure I will be home. He showed up on time to start the work. I told him here you are, I will be in my home office, when done just call me. So, took a little longer that I expected it, because of wall sheathing being plaster board, but when he called me and went to see the completed project, to my surprise, he had completed the job and just about ready to paint the access opening of the wall - which you need to open to replace the track. He charged me exactly what we verbally agreed and I was very happy that after so many years of search and work with so many handyman, I finally found a professional and honest person who respected the verbal contract and did not charge me more for the extra unexpected site issues. Garry has very good communication skills and keeps you updated with the schedules and appointments via cell phone. I will recommend him to anyone for a small or medium projects.
