"I have two sets of solar panels on my roof - one section is 10 year old leased panels, and the other was purchased less than two years ago. Foolishly, I have never had either set of panels cleaned. I also wanted to make sure that everything was working as it should. When I called to make my appointment, I spoke with Josh and expressed what I was looking to have done. He told me about their Premium Solar Package which included several things: 1) a Multi-Point Inspection, 2) Monitoring of my Configuration, 3) Panel Washing, 4) providing a Solar Production Benchmark, and 5) Warranty Verification. I agreed that this was the package for me. On the day of my appointment, the technician, Israel, showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing during his visit, and then proceeded to start inspecting and cleaning the panels. After he was finished doing his servicing, Israel took his time while thoroughly explaining his findings to me. It was exactly the information I was looking for to put me at peace of mind that every was working properly with my system. Additionally, he showed me before and after pictures of my solar panels so I could see how clean they were after his scrubbing of them. To say I was impressed with both the results and the friendly customer service would be an understatement! "We signed the contract with Verengo 03/07/14 to lease the solar panels. The panels were installed on 4/10/14 and the team was very professional and quick. A few concrete tiles were broken during the installation but they were replaced the next day. There was a code problem that arose when the City came to inspect but again it was corrected (at no cost to us). Everything was approved at the second inspection. On 05/12/14, we were notified that we could flip the switch to activate the panels.  We will be saving approximately $100.00 a month on our electric bill and are very happy with the work done by Verengo.

"I interviewed 4 solar companies and NRG stand out the most because of the pricing. Kaelen came over and went through the numbers and everything made sense. I like the inverters and panels that NRG offered. Tiffany was great coordinating the project and handling the H.O.A. To get it approved by HOA took 3 days and after installation the city inspection took 1 day. Installers took 2 days to install 32 panels on a two story home. NRG seems like they really care because they sent out Robert after everything is completed to make sure I am completely satisfied with my solar.
