"He did a really good job, the yard looked immaculate after he picked up all the leaves. He spent the time to get the leaves in the flower beds and around the porch. After the leaf pickup he proceeded to aerate my entire lawn. With the quality he puts forth in his efforts and for the price he charged for all this work, he was more than worth it! I have recommended him to neighbors in the Ayer community and I will continue to use him for his services."

"The initial responsiveness & professionalism of Shawn, was great. He discussed our project, made excellent suggestions, showed us samples of the pavers and designs and made himself available to us at odd hours. The installation of the new walkway went well and was done very professionally. We've had several compliments. The landscape design was not professional and was not well thought-out. It was clear that the design was not done by a professional/experienced horticulturist or landscape design professional. The estimates came in higher than others and we decided not to use them for our landscaping project. The tree removal/pruning was done OK. They took reasonable care to protect our lawn. However, they left one tree that was to be removed. I called back and left a message, but the call was never returned and the work never completed. The tree crew also damaged (knocked-down) both sides of a stone wall that flanks the driveway and they never notified me of the damage. I only discovered it after they left. I left several messages with the company and it took almost two weeks until my call was returned acknowledging that they would repair the walls. When the repair was done, it was a nice job."

"Tru-Green couldn't tell me when they would show up to do the aeration. When I called mid-August they said they could do it right away, but that would've been too early. We agreed on first or second week in September. They didn't show up, so I called again. Then they came and did my in-laws' yard next door (which I was also paying for), but not our yard. I had to threaten to cancel before they agreed to show up right away and do our yard, before it got too late to plant new grass seed."
