Get matched with top deck or porch repairers in Lancaster, NY

"Tim’s crew knows how to build a deck. If you want a deck built right, hire Dorner Decking. Great job worth every $"

"Wanted a deck rebuild and some stairs rebuilt off of back porch. Didn't have a timeline, as long as it was done before winter, so any time lag didn't bother me. Had composite deck in front rebuilt: didn't get exactly what I wanted as far as railings, as there was some miscommunication, but the deck looks nice. Owner and the workers worked with me to make sure everything was ok. Very satisfied with both the work and the price."

"I had deck stairs that were falling apart. I called Nickel City Repair and the next day Roger was out and built beautiful new steps. He was honest, efficient and got the job done. Thank you!"

"A couple of minor problems popped up two weeks after completion. Once alerted, they fixed them promptly, no extra charge."

"Hired for deck repair. Professional and personable. Reasonable costs. Unfortunately, his power washer broke down. However, I trust he'll be back to finish the job when it's fixed."

"Great attention to detail. Explains everything. Does it right with no shortcuts. Installed three season sunroom. Good home improvement. Finished job in reasonable with a good work crew. Highly recommend"

"Jamie was hired to do HOUSE CLEANING ONLY. I've had here 3 times and im very pleased with the results. She is timely, she's efficient with her time and does a great job! I highly recommend her. She is very trustworthy!"

Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning
