"It was a clean and great service. I had Mr Rodriguez redesign the front of my house with a small fountain which he installed perfectly and rearranged my rocks, removed the bad weeds, replant and plant new plants. He also put mulch. And lastly he put my night lights. Very good and beautiful work. I highly recommend him. Thank you once again."

"Jesse Moore and his team are frankly amazing. I wish they did more than build patios and related work as I would hire them for everything. Quality people do quality work and are willing to adjust to meet the needs of the homeowner. This is the 3rd time I have personally used Moore Brothers for a patio. Each experience is better than the prior. We always seem to run into something unexpected. That is part of the process with large projects like a patio. What I always appreciate is their "we are here to make the customer happy" approach. This project was no different, and they made me more than happy. They communicate, they show up when they say, and they deliver a quality product with smiles on their faces. Finally, I trust that team at my home - even when I cannot be present. That is a testament to Jesse's hiring and the quality people with whom he surrounds himself. THANKS for another great experience."

"Timber and Stone did amazing work! People have been walking by and saying my stone patio and landscaping wall is the talk on the street!! I was actually recording my dog playing and someone drove by and yelled “I love your patio”. It wouldn’t surprise me if they are flooded with referrals since I live on the corner of the busy entrance to the neighborhood. Hire them because of the great people, reasonable price, communication and thorough work! Mike and Heather rock!!… or stone :) "

"Both owners are intimately involved in the business & either one of them was on site for our smallish project nearly every day. "The David's" along with their crew were hard working & responsive while the project was in progress. Unfortunately, we experienced some frustration leading up to the start of the project; construction start was roughly one month later than we originally discussed & details on the design & layout seemed to fall through the cracks. When the issues where discussed during construction, they made every effort to rectify our concerns, and we are extremely happy with the workmanship & final outcome."

"As always, it went exceedingly well. <br /> Five men came and work to clear out debris, prune, and mulch all areas around my house. <br /> They also replaced two shrubs that had not survived the winter. <br /> They were here five or six hours is my recollection. <br /> They hauled the debris away. <br /> I felt like my property looked like a million bucks when they left! <br /> All the workers have been professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. <br /> They answer questions and are good listeners. <br /> A++ and kudos all around. <br />"

"Our paver patio was set on a poorly installed, damaged concrete foundation that was in place before we owned our home. Chris and his crew meticulously restored the concrete and reused all of our pavers which were still in good shape. Their attention to detail and work ethic was so impressive, not to mention their manners and pleasant dispositions. They arrived early in the morning and worked until late afternoon. We are absolutely thrilled with the result and would hire them again without hesitation. I highly recommend them!"

"Jonathan was extremely professional. I told him what I had in mind and he gave me some options on each of my projects. Jonathan explained what he was going to do and completed each project within a short time frame. The River Rock beds, landscaping and Natural Stone wall rebuild look great. Also, my family is really enjoying the amazing looking Firepit he built. I will use Jonathan again for my future projects."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Lancaster, OH

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
