"Rated poorly for: Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality This has been a perfect storm of bad customer service I'm still hoping gets resolved. I called for a service request back on 11.22.2019 to put in a call to service garage gate which Ben Druck Door Company had installed. The service team reached out to me and let me know they would look at the schedule and call me back at with a service date. I never heard back, so I reach out on 12.16.2019 to follow up. I was told my request was lost, but they would send a tech out on 12.23.2019. On 12.23.2019 we were in the office all day, but because we missed a single attempted call without a voicemail from a unrecognized number, the team didn't both to come into the office, which was open. I called back 12.24.2019 to clarify they did not make it in and was informed they would not be able to give us a call to give us a future service date until 1.2.2020 because they only have one person that schedules service dates and they are on vacation until after the new year. So we have been and will be waiting at least 6 weeks to have a service date potentially scheduled."

"We scheduled to have our retaining wall done back in April. Kelly, the owner came out to give us a quote and we scheduled it. He said he had some other Jobs to do before ours but he would fit us in during the month of August and we should reach out to him around the end of July to get a more firm date line of when he would break ground to fix our falling retaining wall. I reached out at the end of July as we discussed and he said due to the rain he didn’t know when he would get to us but it would definitely be in the month of August. I told him that we were selling our house and as long as I could have a firm week that he begin work- that would be enough information to list our home for the new buyers. He gave me the runaround and said due to the rain he would still not be able to make it out and wouldn’t know when he would be able to make it out. I gave him another week and checked the weather, it rained one day but the ground was solid and dry for over a week and still we heard nothing from him. We reached out again in the middle of August, the 14th, And I asked him if he knew which week he might be able to start work, and he tells me I should sell the house as is. Bet your britches I will attach a screenshot of his response. So unprofessional, he wasted my time for months and because I had him scheduled of course I did not schedule another company to do the work I needed done! He was rude and short and uninformative. I tried to be nice and civil, even extra friendly to let him know I was flexible and I asked him if he knew which week he might be able to start work, and he tells me I should sell the house as is. Bet your britches I will attach a screenshot of his response if I could!! So unprofessional, he wasted my time for months and because I had him scheduled of course I did not schedule another company to do the work I needed done! He was rude and short and uninformative.
