"Joe and his team did a fabulous job on my addition of 1,000 square feet, consisting of kitchen, living room, studies, closets, and a gas fireplace. It has soaring cathedral ceilings and strategically placed lighting. While I did make a few changes, his team offered suggestions on what would work the best from an aesthetic and construction point of view. And they were absolutely right. From start to finish, Joe kept me informed of the proposed time frame, the costs, and the delivery of materials from vendors. Whenever I had questions, he answered them, and believe me, he has the unique talent of making technical explanations into clear, comprehensible English that I was able to grasp. All the workers on the job were smart, hard-working, efficient, and best of all, tidy. Best of all, the budget that Joe had created was accurate; the only overages were items that I added after the fact. Don't hesitate to hire Joe and his team. In one day he pulled off the old wooden siding and replaced it with the pvc board in his design. It was a major upgrade and looks so good. He was easy to communicate with. Showed up when he said he would. Pricing was fair. Would do business with him again."
