"We discovered a gas leak in our home late Sunday evening somewhere behind our kitchen stove. We called Mr. Rooter of Rock Hill, SC and discussed our issue with the Owner Mr. Jason Smith, who immediately sent a technician (Mr. Michael C) to help us with our issue the very next morning at 8:00am sharp. I wasn't sure how difficult it would be or how long it would take to fix our gas leak problem. However, Michael helped us by quickly pinpointing where the leak was located and finding a solution to resolve it. To my surprise, the owner (Mr. Jason Smith) even went out of his way to locate a needed spare part and personally bring it to Michael to finish the job. The professionalism and teamwork this company provides for their customers goes above and beyond. Michael also answered all our questions with detailed explanation to give us peace of mind. Mr. Rooter of Rock Hill is now my go-to for anything remotely plumbing or gas related!!!"

"Jason did a great job locating and working to break up the clog with the equipment that he had with him. When he determined that heavier equipment was needed to finish the job, he gave me a referral to another vendor that would be able to complete the job."
