(review from an experienced home renovator â this is my 5 personal renovation and I have helped dozens of friends/family with renovations) While renovating a 1901 Dilworth house I had another electrician start the work and then disappearâ ¦ Stopped answering my calls/texts. My wife found Honesty Electric based on their online reviews, and Louis was prompt to provide a quote a day or 2 after she spoke with him. They were not the lowest of the 3 quotes she received, but we felt most comfortable with them stepping in to complete the work. Honesty Electric started on the day he said he was going to (a week or so after quoting the job). He and his team quickly identified major flaws/issues with the previous electrician's work. They were able to troubleshoot the problems and come up with a plan to correct it. He knew I needed the work done ASAP, and could've charged me almost anything because I was desperate, but he provided another reasonable quote to complete the job and was able to get the additional work done within a week (it was another 2 full days with 4-5 electricians working). They were prompt to send Bryan back out to address a faulty GFI outlet even after I had paid them in full. Louis, Bryan, and their crew were all polite, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work withâ ¦ I will definitely use them again in the future."
