"<p>It went extremely well. JC was very polite, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up after himself. To be honest, our master bath is such a large area I was afraid I would not be able to use it for a very long time but within a week JC had both floors done. He did a beautiful job! I am so excited with it that everyone who has been to my home in the past week has been treated to a tour of my new master bath! I don't believe I have ever had work done in my home before that the work area was left as spotless at the end of the project as this was. I was truly amazed. It took him about a week and each day he showed up exactly when he said he would. He even left the work area clean each day. That really impressed me. He was very polite and handled himself in a most professional manner. I was all full of questions (It was a big job and I was nervous!) about each step and he was very patient with me. He took the time to answer all my questions. </p> <p>Having work done in your home is always exciting but can be very nerve wracking as well, but JC made it a pleasurable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. We are planning at some point on replacing the tile in my kitchen along with remodeling the kitchen island and when we are ready for that project I will be contacting JC again. "Service arranged for 10:00 a.m.; at 9:30 I got a call confirming the locksmith would be here and going over what needed to be done. Locksmith arrived at 9:50 and determined the the deadbolt needed adjustment and not replacing to stop the "sticking". He first swapped out the offending door knob, which took 5 minutes! Then he removed the innards of the lock and worked on them in the van. When he replaced the lock on the door, it was very tight, and hard to make the key lock or unlock the mechanism. He then filed the strike plate down a little, and presto -- it was working smoothly and easily! Even with arthritic hands, it's a breeze to set the deadbolt now! Can't say enough nice things about Eastern --- from the initial phone call, to the ease of arranging an appointment, to the locksmith getting the job done! Highly recommend you use them for your next lock problem!"
