"A quick second update to offer more praise for Thermal Quality: They installed all new replacement windows throughout our house in December 2014, but in the winter of 2015?2016 we noticed that several had faulty seals. We could see condensation between the layers of glass. I'm certain this is a manufacturing defect.

The windows are guaranteed, so they went to the manufacturer with our exact dimensions (they gave me explicit help on getting those dimensions via phone, then came in person to confirm them).
