"I worked with Kevin to figure out various options, then after we determined what work BTR would do, they came out and did it.  The aspect I liked most was that they came out with several people who all worked on different parts of the job and did almost all of it in one day!  They would have done all of it in one day except that I wasn't clear on wanting four French doors worked on rather than two, so they did those the next day.  The repairs are nice and the new leaf guards seem to be working better than the old ones.
