"FIRST I CALLED A FEW COMPANIES FOR A QUOTE. RANDY WAS THE ONLY ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE (I HAD TO LEAVE MESSAGES WITH THE OTHERS). I DESCRIBED OUR FURNITURE AS BEST AS POSSIBLE AND HE GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE. WE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR 1.5 WEEKS OUT. HE EXPLAINED IT WOULD TAKE AROUND 3-3.5 HOURS. WE HAD TWO COUCHES, 2 CHAIRS AND A HALF AND 2 LARGE OTTOMANS CLEANED. ONE OF EACH OF THOSE PIECES OF FURNITURE WAS PURCHASED SECOND HAND AND SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTE SMOKE. THIS FURNITURE WAS OF THE SAME FABRIC (CORDUROY LIKE FABRIC THAT WAS AN OLIVE GREEN AND FADED IN SOME SPOTS FROM THE SUN). THE OTHER FURNITURE WAS OURS AND NEEDED CLEANED. THIS FURNITURE WAS OF DIFFERENT FABRICS (ONE IS A VELOUR LIKE FABRIC THAT WAS MAROON IN COLOR AND THE OTHER WAS A COTTON LIKE FABRIC THAT WAS LIGHT BROWN AND CREAM IN COLOR). ONE COUCH AND CHAIR AND A HALF HAD THE BACK CUSHIONS ATTACHED. ONE OTTOMAN OPENED UP TO HOLD BLANKETS. I HIRED RANDY BECAUSE HIS QUOTE WAS THE LOWEST AND HE WAS VERY POLIT"
