To sum it up, I was blown away by the responsiveness, thoughtfulness, and reasonableness and can't say enough positive things about this company. After conducting internal and external inspections of the nearby areas, he identified potential source of cold air. A couple days later with outside temperatures in the 20s, Phillip exhaustively sealed external areas of concern. A few days later, he came again to determine temperature differential within the closet. It was now much more comfortable with temperature only a few degrees below neighboring rooms!
