Larry came out to measure and look at the property.  He arrived a few minutes early for an 8 am appointment.  He introduced himself, gave me his business card, and shook my hand.  Very professional and accommodating.
All of my contact with Deb was very efficient and pleasant.  Another asset to your organization.  She was friendly, personable and professional.
Marta and I only communicated a couple of times; she too, was great.
Gary (the owner) came out for a final look before the work started.  It is very reassuring to have someone with his experience and expertise come out to review the project.  We met to sign papers after he took a look at the job, and I felt like I was in the company of a friend.  He patiently answered all of my questions.  Another pro.  :-)
On installation day, Sam and his crew were on time and got right to work.  When I asked him if they could start the install at a certain place in the yard he replied "no problem, I'm glad you mentioned it because we want to do what's right for you".  Wow.
The second day of the install was the Friday before the blizzard.  Sam and his assistants stayed until after dark to finish up and clean up the property.
We had coffee available for the installers and they expressed their appreciation over and over.
In summary, this company is excellent.  Not one time was anyone late, rude, condescending or impolite.  Every time I asked if they could do something, the answer was "yes, sure, we can do that!".  An outstanding experience, a gorgeous fence for a fair price!!  
(And no one complained about dog poo in the yard)  :-)

"I had three bids, and Tom Lucas Fencing had the best offer, especially because he was able to deal with removing part of the driveway, while the two other companies couldn't do that. I also like to hire a small family business rather than a big company. The two competitive companies were set up with salespeople, receptionists etc. The end product looks really great. It took some time to get it done, partially because he had some difficult jobs he had to finish up and partially because we changed our plan so he had to wait for the extra material. I only wish he had been a bit more proactive about informing me of the delay. When he did come out he got it done really fast. We already have had a strong windstorm and the fence barely moved. I definitely recommend Tom Lucas, and I would hire him again!"

"I bought an advertised coupon for Jack's services for two hours of work for $165.  Although we played phone tag a few times, Jack was able to work with my schedule and complete the job in the expected time.  I needed to replace an old set of attic stairs.  I bought the new stairs and had them available for Jack to install.  He arrived on time with his brother.  Both men were friendly and professional.  They went right to work after a brief consult of what I wanted.  They worked quickly and efficiently.  Everything looks and works great!  Grand total for the cost of the service and the stairs was $350.  I'm extremely happy with everything and will call Jack for future work I may need.

"We loved working with Paramount Fencing. They were extremely flexible to work with (e.g. getting an estimate after business hours, planning a day to get the fence installed). They were also very helpful through the whole process, helping us apply for a permit, and choosing materials. Their knowledge was super helpful, for example, picking the right latches to make the fence "dog-proof." They were extremely responsive to all questions and concerns, and were patient with all the questions that came through. There was a slight hiccup on placement of the pallet when the materials were delivered, and within an hour or two, Paramount had sent someone out to shift the materials to a better spot. The people who came to do the install were courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job. These guys were awesome to work with, and I would definitely refer them to anyone looking to have a fence put in!"
