"Sunny did a great job! I ordered 3 tables and they were delivered in boxes unassembled. Too intimidating for me. He assembled them quickly and cleaned up the area after. I will hire him again."

I'm a highly skilled contractor who's been in the home remodeling field for over 25 years and has just recently started my own company due to the high volume of work I've been blessed to receive. I enjoy creating One of a kind kitchens and baths. My skill set includes carpentry , plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing and siding, flooring, painting and drywall. My history of repeat customers and referrals is impeccable

"I have had a great experience with Watson Contracting. I was originally matched with them for appliance repair--our dishwasher was leaking. Bill came out quickly, assessed the problem, told us the part we needed and came as soon as we received it to finish the job. While he was there, I learned that he wasn't just an appliance guy, but also did general contracting. So, I showed him our basement which had recently suffered significant water damage due to a burst pipe. He again, assessed the needs quickly and confidently, gave me an estimate on the spot and we scheduled service. We'd been looking to hire the right person for that big job for a long time and I was so happy to have found one person who could do it all. From replacing trim, repairing drywall, installing a vanity, etc--we couldn't be happier with the job. You really can't tell that anything even happened in our basement, even the paint (which we didn't have or know what the original colors were) is a perfect match! I highly recommend Watson Contracting & Handyman Services for great work that's quick, reliable, and affordable. They've quickly become our go-to guys--we already have the next project in mind!"

"Arnold is attentive to detail but also fast working. He does not delay at all - he moves quickly between various projects which he completes with skill. Iâ ve used him for painting, leaks, a roof door replacement, you name it. He is responsible, trustworthy, and an honest businessman. My parents use him as well."

FAQs for handyman service projects in Lansdowne, PA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
