"The guys BRAD, TERRY, and KEVIN showed up at our house right after our breakfast (we're retired) and got to work. They answered any new questions we had, explained a few things, and then got to work to install our awnings and our new gutters. They worked on the Labor Day weekend, on the Saturday. Completed everything so we could entertain on the back deck for the Holiday. All three guys were easy to speak with, helpful, and fully worked to our satisfaction. "We are happy with the Windows.  However I suspect that the pricing floats according to visibility of project (busy street + sign = more 'discount').  I will say the installation went smoothly and we are happy with the result.  We didn't realize that there'd be a ledge in front of these new windows - kind of looks goofy, but for replacement windows I'm sure we could have done worse.  Installers were good & professional.  Some of the windows are difficult to lock. Also, the EPA Lead Testing fee is complete bunk. I don't think they did anything different in terms of making sure the lead paint dust didn't come into the house. The only time they put up a screen was for the front door installation. I bet the windows went to the landfill jus the same. <br />"

"Rory did a great job of cleaning out our gutters. They did not charge us anything as we had a free warranty on plugged up gutters, when they installed them. We have 13 old tall pine trees around our house and this is the first time they plugged partially up since installed in 2009, probably because of all the rain, wind, hail, we have received this spring."
