"Based on reviews on Angie's List, called to arrange an estimate for a new fence. Overall communication was fair, at best. The person was about 45 mins late and I had to make the call to determine when the person was expected to arrive. The person who did the inspection said that the company would call me to discuss the style and determine the price. After 3-4 days without a call, I finally made a call - and got their voicemail. I received a call back a day or so later, and we finally made contact to confirm the details. The final price was nearly twice that of that of two other companies that I called."

"Juan was great to work with to restore my existing handrailing! The railing on my exterior concrete stairs was not stable because the area where the feet mounted to the concrete was just about completely rusted away. I reached out in January thinking (and was also told by others) that this was a job that would need to wait until the spring. Juan said he could do the work during the winter (pending temperature and no snow). He came over the next day after I said I wanted to proceed, picked up the railing on a Friday and told me the job would be done by Sunday. He ended up returning to complete the job first thing Saturday morning! I was very impressed with the one day turn around considering he made 6 new legs and attached them to railing, sanded, and re-painted/finished the whole thing. His price was very fair, actually it was such a good price that I felt it was appropriate to tip him generously! I like to show my appreciation to people who give exceptional service!
