Rich was the first tech and spent a long time in an extremely hot attic fixing an improperly installed fan and placing the whole air handling unit to where it should be. Rich also diagnosed that the outside unit was defective and needed to be replaced. Another tech came out to replace the outside unit and also spent a long time in the HOT attic, to get everything right."
