"They replaced basement windows in our home in a very efficient & professional manner. We would recommend them to others."

"The process of work was shown to me in pictures and video. I was also advised."

"Great experience from start to finish- professional, great communication, tidy install, and the door is gorgeous!"

"Mark Spencer checked our exterior door that had become difficult to lock and unlock. He identified possible solutions that we will try to pursue with the door installer. I wish we had used Legacy Window & Door when we had the door installed in 2015."

"Advanced Restoration Waterproofing encapsulated our crawlspace here in northern Kentucky. I was impressed with their positive attitudes, and teamwork. They explained what they were going to do and worked very hard to complete the work as communicated. How refreshing to have a top company do exactly what they said they would do. They did not pressure us with a long, drawn out sales presentation and then drop the price. I would use them again and refer them to anyone needing them without hesitation. What better time than today to support local mid western family owned companies like Advanced. Update 1 year later 3/8/2021----It has been almost a year since Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing worked on our crawlspace and installed a sump pump and pit. We are dry, happy, and would recommend them in a heartbeat."

"Sam an Mike did an amazing job with my door repair. Fast and efficient. Highly recommend these guys to anyone!"

"Everything went well. The crew arrived on time and hardly took a break throughout their 12-hour day. The clean-up was near perfect as I did find a few nails in my landscaping (but not the lawn or driveway). It was rained several times since the install and there are no leaks and the gutters are working perfectly. I paid the extra to have the "needle guard" installed on my gutters as I get needles from my neighbors pine trees - and now there are no needles or debris cluttering up my gutters. Scott Dennison, and his sales rep Sam Edge, were both very professional and were both quick to address any of my concerns or questions. I highly recommend the company!"

"Vendor could provide foundation service, but not one of the other services we requested (simply not a service this vendor performs); we therefore chose a different path. Vendor provided a detailed and valuable foundation report that was essential towards our efforts, so we are very grateful for that. We will seriously consider this vendor for future work."

"Work done as advertised. The repair to the driveway panel didn't come out as good as it could, but it is adequate."

"Just one word to describe their service.... Awesome! I was in an urgent need to fix my bathroom glass door. I live in the suburbs and despite traffic and same day rush, they arrive and fixed the door. They are very professional and service is top quality. I certainly recommend giving them a call if you need someone to do the job once and well done."
