"Fantastic job! My deck is 25 years old and had many layers of stain. Exterior Wood Restoration removed every bit of the old stain and restored the deck to like new condition. The crew was prompt, and worked diligently for 2 full days to complete the job in relentless heat! We are thrilled with the job they did."

"I haven’t had it service yet. They don’t pressure you."

"Lee promptly returned phone call(s) and quickly set an appointment.  While the original appointment had to be moved, he moved to a mutally agreed time and arrived on time, a little early actually.  He is a professional, both in the actual welding as well as the overall transaction.  Will use him again when mobile/portable is required."

"Installation was great - timing was as quoted but they did not remove all of the old fencing as quoted!"

"I called Ace Fence and spoke with Doug the owner on Wednesday. He asked me to text him photos of the fence and would quote me right over the phone, which he did! He called back and said he would be able to come the next day to fix the gate, which he did! He came Thursday and repaired the fence to our gate within an hour! He was very easy to work with and would highly recommend him & his team!"

"Signed on Monday and the fence was replaced on Wednesday. Good job, we are very pleased."

"We wanted a pergola and called two companies who came to give us an estimate, but we only heard back from one (several weeks later). We made a call to Best Fence who came the same afternoon, gave us an estimate, and scheduled the work for the following week. It took two days to complete the work."

"Steve and his crew were very good folks, and pleasant to have working at our home.  They answered our questions, and worked with us to ensure it was done the way we wanted it to be.  The end result is beautiful.  Job well done!    We would use them again absolutely, and will tell others about them as well.  "

"Generally, it went well. Only the owners (husband and wife) did the work. They said another worker didn't show up due to rain morning of first day. Adjustments to initial design were made because we didn't like the look of the metal edging product. We decided to go with an interlocking stone border for edging. Job was initially scheduled to be done in one day but took 2 because of change in edging product which ended up increasing cost of project. Abel and his wife (LARA'S LANDSCAPING) are very easy to work with but I felt because I or my wife didn't speak Spanish and Abel and his wife's English isn't strong, I had difficulty communicating what I wanted. For example, I wanted a galvanized metal ring inside the firepit brick to support an ember screen but despite my best effort to communicate this desire Abel either didn't understand or just plain didn't want to do. As a result, I will need to find a ring myself which is going to be difficult because the inside diameter of the firepit is only 25" which apparently is not a standard diameter for firepits. If I had known that I would have asked Abel to make it 30" diameter. The other issue, and this is after the fact and partially my fault, I ended up not really liking the haydite rock (in fairness my wife likes it). It looks good but doesn't really compact as well as I would like. Perhaps over time it will breakdown and become more compacted. The final issue is that the patio is a bit on a down slope (toward pre-existing cement patio). I wanted it to be more level and if anything slanted more toward other direction (toward fence and brick wall). Despite these issues I am happy with the final product. Lara Landscaping did not do any plant landscaping because we opted to do it ourselves."

"Our new porch is gorgeous and super high quality! Seriously, compared to most screen porches I've seen around here, ours looks like an addition or really that it was built with the house instead of pasted on later. This is especially impressive considering our house siding was discontinued, and he was able to find a nearly identical match, which if he hadn't pointed out wasn't exact I couldn't have told you. We started getting estimates last fall in hopes of finishing by this spring and ended up a little delayed to start, but they finished in April after a little over 3 weeks work. Lumber prices had already climbed a ton when we got the estimate, but the owner, Austin, was able to give us ideas and suggestions we hadn't even considered on how we could maximize our space, make it work for our family and get close to our original $30K budget. We ended up finishing it to a level we could come back and add windows to make it a 3-season-room later on, so we already have things wired and insulation etc. in place. And with screen panels that are easy to replace if our kids or dogs poke a hole in them, a knee wall with beadboard, and a dog door to keep them from running into the porch edges, it's going to hold up much better to our family than the basic screen porch at our previous house. All in all, it's beautiful and we can't wait to enjoy it this spring, summer and fall!"
