Gave us a detailed quote prior to starting and explained everything that could be done as well as lower cost options. Very reasonably priced (compared to 2 other quotes). Price includes major work such as re-locating plumbing underneath concrete, removing sunken tub and existing walk-in shower, and building new walk-in shower from ground up, among other things. "We used Tub Pro Refinishing a few years ago to have both of our tub/shower units refinished from blue, and yellow to white. The tubs are fiberglass and  when he finished they looked brand new. Then we decided to get rid of the glass shower doors. Bryan came back and removed both glass doors, the trim, the silicone, and all the residue, then he touched up the paint on the tubs so all would match.
