"Robin was great. Called and came out to check the job the same day. We decided on a new flat roof rather than a repair after being offered different options. The job was scheduled for the following week and was completed today. He called to confirm the night before and arrived at 7AM as promised, was very organized and professional. The job was completed by 4:30. They did a great job on the roof and cleanup. Payment was easy via an invoice with a payment link and communication with Winnie was great. "We were experiencing a roof leak in a 100-year-old bungalow in Tampa, FL. The roof had been replaced ~10 years old with a metal roof. I was able to isolate the leak at a vent stack but was unable to fix the leak. We contacted Classic Roofing and Construction based on a friend's recommendation late on a Friday afternoon. This was after trying unsuccessfully to get any other roofing company (we contacted 4) to even take a look. Fortunately, Classic was able to come out on a Saturday and within an hour, had identified the cause and made the necessary repairs (including replacing the vent stack boot)! We were thrilled at the responsiveness, the very reasonable $250 price (especially with short notice and weekend repair), and will hire them again in the future. I have already referred Classic to 3 other homeowners and one condo association for roofing estimates."

The office scheduled the day for the repair and the crew showed up on time, fixed the roof and cleaned up and left. I was very happy they were able to get the repair done quickly and they showed up when they were scheduled. They sent all the photos with the invoice so I could see the before and after.
