"I don't usually gush, and I won't this time, however I give high praise to Sprinklers Inc. for the job that they did for me. I had to have three heads replaced (another two subsequently, which I accomplished following brand name advise from the tech who did my work: Todd), a ruptured line repaired, and the system started up and tuned up. The ruptured line work was the most impressive, as it turned out to be a T-junction that had been pulled apart by the roots of a Maple tree that I'd planted 2-3 years ago. Todd took care of it without any injury to the tree (it was underneath the tree). Good value for the $481 that I paid them."

"She told me she needed a part but instead she just tightened it down, and used my extra part in my garage. I do not thinks she fixed and and messed the covers up on the valve. She said she would come back and fix but has not came back out. I am not sure if my sprinkler is really fixed"

"No work was done today yet they want to charge me $92. The appointment was set up over 20 days ago. Never have I had a company not send a reminder. When I ask, the lady tells me they have over 200 or 2000 customers so cannot do reminders and that I did not ask for a reminder. The units are Airbnbs, I try to be courteous to my guests by announcing when I am coming to the property. Additionally, with blow out, the water will need to be shut-off temporarily, I cannot just do that last minute without notice. Furthermore, the initial appointment was for 3pm – 5pm but the guy shows up just after 12noon and now you want to charge me? And for what exactly as no work has been done. Reminders are easy to set up as a business. Even an outlook or google calendar will set up reminders. I will NOT be using this company and would rather find another company that will not be this disorganized and then act like asking for a reminder is a “special request.”"
