"Excellent. Three weeks after the storm Wyndhill was loading our roof with supplies. The following week the workers replaced the roof and did it in just one day. They arrived at 6:30 am and left at 7 pm. They were fast but still did a very nice job. They used quality materials and even gave us a few extra attic vents at no additional cost. They sent the guys who replaced our gutters and downspouts just 2 days after the roof was replaced and then replaced the spark arrestor caps another few days after that. We are please with all of the work."

"John Bates from 730 South Exteriors treated us wonderfully the whole way through the process, starting by skillfully convincing our insurance company to reverse its original decision not to cover the roof replacement (John has tremendous knowledge of insurance), to overseeing his fantastic, professional crew in doing the actual replacement. That crew did the whole job in one day, starting at 7:00 a.m. and finishing around 5:00 p.m. John mentioned at one point that he does each roof job as though it were for his own house---and I believe that he does indeed do so. For our roof, he made small but important improvements and upgrades that he thought would be best for our house, including adding some vents that should have been present in the first place and improving how the roof connects to a chimney. (The chimney had not been constructed quite correctly in the first place, leading to some past water leakage.)"
