Very professional crew, and excellent communication with Will, the onsite pro, who watched and managed every aspect of the work. Old siding removed and new siding installed in three days, working from 7:30 a.m. till dark. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day so my property didn't look like a construction zone overnight. The entire crew was well trained, professional and hard working. No time was wasted. Everything done was to code. They are licensed and fully insured. I know because I asked for a copy of their license and insurance information. They showed me the evidence without hesitation. They worked with the city to pull a permit, worked with my homeowners association to make sure they were not violating any rules and worked with my insurance company (wind damage to my house) to make sure everything was covered. They were very thorough and fair and worked with us to get the best value possible with our complicated move situation. I enjoyed and trusted everyone that they had working for them - the packers were careful, thorough and delightful and the guys who loaded and unloaded our stuff did a great job of being as careful as possible while working quickly and with a smile on their face. We have moved 14 times and with each move, you are going to have some damage. We had 2 small things - one thing that was broken and one that was missing. Mario went out of his way to fix the broken item and return it to us and to find and purchase the missing item (which, of course, ended up not being missing by the time we finished unpacking - it was just packed in a weird place). "I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. We were so pleased with their 'can do' attitude and the final work results that we recommended them to our neighbors, who also had a very positive experience when Koalaty did a project for them."

Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."
