"We recently completed construction of our new home. Initially, Scott put us in contact with a very talented designer/draftsman and we developed a custom floor plan for our dream home. Throughout the process Scott provided suggestions and insights on how to improve the design. From that, Scott provided us a price and we began construction in late November 2013. Throughout the building process Scott was on site on a daily basis and eager to answer any and all of my questions. Unlike a previous contractor (on an earlier house), Scott encouraged me to visit the house site as often as I liked (generally daily) and introduced me to all of the subcontractors. Scott has an excellent eye for detail and insisted that his subs do quality work. Most have worked with him for10-15 years. Two phrases that Scott used throughout construction when we asked for alterations were: "That's not a problem" or "We can do that". Throughout the project Scott was very patient in waiting for us to make the innumerable decisions on everything from flooring to plumbing fixtures. From the beginning, Scott indicated that he wanted the construction of our dream home to be an enjoyable experience with as little stress as possible. It was! The last time that we hired a general contractor to build a house was over 30 years ago and I came away from the experience stressed out and swearing that I would never do it again. Not so with this house. If something ever happened to this house and we needed to rebuild I would definitely hire Scott for the project! <br />"

"Jamie, the owner and participant in Regency Construction, came over to estimate the job the day after I called him. We settled on a price of $2400 which I thought was a mite high (until I saw what they had to actually do during construction). They started on the next Monday at my request and finished the next Friday. Besides building the wall itself, there was a vacuum tube to relocate into the new wall (and patch the existing wall) which had Jamie running all over town to find the parts needed. He also had to have the paint matched and purchased. His crew of two (including his Dad) were here every morning at 8 AM and each evening the work area was cleaned up, materials and tools put away and the floor swept. What a pleasure it was. The finished job including some fine carpentry was excellent. I couldn't have asked for more and I usually do- not this time. <br />"

"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

He gave me an estimate and detailed information on all repairs needed. Mr. Gonzales showed up that same afternoon and he was able to start right away. He put stucco on the outside of home and finished within the time frame he gave me. AGAIN a great job done.
