"They did a great job. Quick, professional and great value for the quality of work. The job had very difficult access issues, cleanup required carrying material a long distance down a steep hill. Some contractors would not even bit on the job due to access issues. Green Mountain had no problem. This was a old roof from the 1970's and had a number of patches and attempted fixes which were not of high quality. Green Mountain cleaned off all the old roofing, and noted that the original roof had a design flaw that caused bad drainage. They suggested an easy fix which added several new outlets for water. Their suggestions were a great idea and I had them do that also. They also patched and repainted the inside water damage areas. Their work was such that I no longer even notice that there was water damage which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them."

A bonus was that I was able to get testimonials from the homeowners as well. They took the burden of working with my insurance off my hands to get approvals for additional work, finished the job on time and within the budget they estimated. "They did a great job of cleaning the roof and applying the Gaco. They found some wet spots in the foam, cut it away and repaired the areas at no extra charge. They had done stucco work for me before and did a great job. In the future, I will call them again for roofing or stucco work. They do good quality work and are the best contractor to use for this kind of work. The reason I gave them a B rating rather than an A for the overall work, is because they could have done a better job of cleaning up and following up on details. For example, we agreed they would have our satellite TV working at the end of everyday when they had to move the dish to work under it. I had to call after the workers had left and had them come back to fix the dish. I had to call them several times to come back to clean up. They were always good about coming back, but I should not of had to call them. The foreman and project manager should of had the crew do these tasks without me pointing them out to them. Overall I was happy with the work and would hire them again."

"Our roof was not typical. The roof was made of SIP panels and was a 'butterfly' shape - upside down, if you will, of the typical roof with a ridge at the top. Furthermore, we wanted a membrane roof not usually done in residential work, only commercial. Martin special ordered the material, then stored it for months while our contractor was late. He kept in touch, always responded to text/ email and honored his original quote despite the delays and storage. The crew was professional and careful and worked diligently. Despite wind and rain they paused the minimum time to be safe and finished the job quickly. We were building a new house and he was the one and only contractor I highly recommend."
