"AR Iron was fantastic. Ron Lewis visited our home and worked up a proposal with many useful suggestions that I would not have though of. The previous wrought iron was over 21 years old and was badly rusted. The proposed powder coating color was "Brechia Brown". My HOA initially rejected the color but accepted it after seeing a paint sample provided by AR Iron. The all-welded construction did not leave any openings to the atmosphere for rust to get started. A two week delivery was promised but AR Iron completed and installed the pieces on the eighth day. The installers were on time and took three hours to install the pieces. The AR Iron sales rep, Ron Lewis called me a few hours after installation to ensure we were satisfied. The price was fair and the workmanship top quality. I would definitely use AR Iron again. Thanks guys!"

"Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."

"I was having my kitchen remodeled. The day of install, the installer removed the old backsplash and was about to place the quartz on the damaged wall. I told them to stop and repair the damage wall. One of the guys told me that they don’t do repairs. I was in distress that I reached out to Angie’s list and found Premier Design. I called and Nick answered, he told me that he could get one of their best workers to fix the wall the next day on a Saturday. The next day, I met the Co-owner Pedro who was very professional and answered any questions that I may have about my contract. The drywaller finished the repair in a few hours. It looked beautiful. I was so pleased with the work."
