This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

This was verified when I saw the photos the drone took of the roof showing not only that area, but also a few areas of broken tiles and debris where the roof lines met. When I reviewed the photos in the email I was sent with the estimate, I engaged Source 1 to do the repairs. I am pleased with the appearance from the ground as I look at the new asphalt shingles. I was provided photos of the areas that were replaced, although I would appreciate also new photos by the drone of the whole roof to compare with the original ones taken that showed the necessitly."

They brought the materials, and began work the following day. Within three days they were finished. Ryan Thomas and Amanda Sanchez were great. They both are A+ Excellent in customer service. They were able to explain the many questions I had regarding the roof repair process and explain the details with my Insurance company. When a concern came-up, they quickly responded. "Workers were very nice and explained what they would be doing each day. They were respectful and if something new popped up they would come to me and address it right away. Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. Also when tryin to reach out if I do have a problem or issue or concern. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. Just some back up reinforcement would be nice ð otherwise I'm pretty happy. Basement looks and smells a lot better. â ¤ï¸"
