On October 7th we had an issue and the service technician Matt Mena came out and was so great. He did everything and took care of the issue. On October 10 we had another issue and Nick Ford Field Supervisor came and took great care or us. We appreciate these guys so much. They all worked very hard for us. "The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. I was impressed & will use this company in the future when I need a plumber."
