"The water from our kitchen faucet was trickling rather than flowing. I called the company on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Mark Stirrup. He was courteus & professional.  He made arrangements to come out the next day (yes, on a Saturday) to check out the problem.  He arrived as promised and immediately began to troubleshoot.  He advised us that we needed to replace the faucet and some stop valves.  He recommended that we purchase the faucet and then he would install it and the valves. We made arrangements for him to return after the holiday on Tues, 5/28/2013,  to do the job.  He arrived as agreed and installed the new faucet and valves in approximately 2 hrs.  He worked diligently and cleaned up all debris from the installation. His price seemed fair and included a 10% Angie's List discount.  We would definitely use this company again.
