We were unable to physically be onsite to go over the project but that didn't matter as Billy suggested we meet via FaceTime. He arrived at the property on time, and we were able to walk the project virtually discussing our vision and expectations. He promptly provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work to be performed along with a price quote. Once onsite we were impressed with the obvious preparation, coordination, and execution of the project. We are so pleased with the way the driveway turned out and are grateful to O. "All County Paving was contacted 2/18/26 to patch & seal a property that we previously sold. Due to the snow they asked us to give measurements of the damage and was sent a quote asking for half of deposit. 3 wks later show for repair & said the measurements were off & double the price. No one from ACP came to verify and when discussing Becky sarcastic saying ?Yes I Know we are a bad company for not measuring? I Don?t Care?. We asked for a refund she said no we are past the time. I mention that no contract was signed so we don?t have a legal agreement. Her tone & attitude changed. She thought she had us locked in & the money was secured so she CHOSE to speak nonchalantly & sarcastically. It was agreed that the deposit will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. This company was friendly & compliant in the beginning that all changed when they thought they had the contract signed & deposit secured. Becky was not professional enough to verify the contract was signed, they just wanted $$$$"
