Today Ahmet and Ahmet returned to complete the restoration phase by installing new insulation in place of that which had been drenched by the water pouring from the burst pipe. Throughout the process, including during the weather-driven delay, Rich maintained regular communication re conditions at his end and anticipated timing for finishing the job, effectively eliminating any frustrations attending the unavoidable delays. All in all, My Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Service has been a great company to work with—friendly, competent, honest, and reasonably priced … who could ask for more? I cannot heap enough praise on this company. Definitely 5 stars out of 5. Bonus: While unrelated to the original contracted mitigation/restoration service, after finishing Ahmet offered while here to repair a shaky door that has been a problem we’ve just put up with for some years at a very reasonable price. We jumped on that, and now done and done. So make that 6 stars out of 5!"

"Honestly - Ayoub Carpet Service is AMAZING!!! Both the person giving the estimate and the technicians who did the actual cleaning arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I truly am astonished at how clean they managed to get my (very, very dirty!) carpet!!! Willy and Jamie managed to get out years of grime and stains well beyond my wildest expectation. I have been so embarrassed of how bad my carpet looked I didn't want to invite anyone into my home. Now it looks almost as good as it did before 12 years of wear and tear (including a 135 lb dog going in and out the back door right onto this carpet)! Honestly wished I had called them years ago... I just didn't think it could get this clean again. Highly recommend and will definitely have them come do my next cleaning!"
