"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

We had a positive experience with Kenny at Nova Exteriors when he came to our house for an estimate. He wasnâ t â salesyâ (especially compared to reps from places like Window Nation that used annoying pressure sales tactics). The options were straight-forward, and we liked the company history & products/labor warranties. The negative would be cost (on the higher end of estimates compared to others we received) but at the end of the day we went with the company we liked and decided to pay more for overall quality. Itâ s hard to know if we get up-charged for location (the same windows in a different county are probably a certain % cheaper) but thatâ s out of our control. During the appointment all product options were presented in detail. A written estimate was provided at this first meeting. Once accepted it was only a matter of a few days before I was contacted by the company owner, an appointment was set to measure the replacement windows/slider door and in approximately three weeks we had confirmation that our order was ready for installation.
The installation crew arrived on schedule, completed the work in a timely manner and left the home so clean one could not tell there  had been a crew of three working in the home.

"Riba painted the garage door and replaced waterproof garage door seals around the garage. They carefully removed the small windows before painting. Quality work in a few hours. I would hire them again for any project we had! They also painted the high vents to match the siding of our house. The gutters were 5 inch seamless ones with hidden hangers. Very respectful and hard workers who are very talented at what they do."
