"It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"We bought a house while still living in Virginia and wanted the remodeling to be completed before we moved in late December. We met with a couple of builders in the area and no one was understanding our time schedule and needs. We met with Drew from Omega and knew immediately that we wanted to work with his team. He understood exactly what we wanted in the house and was able to meet our timeframe and budget. He was upfront about when we were going over and where we needed to scale back. I felt completely comfortable working from a distance as I was kept informed with multiple pictures and updates the entire way. The communication was fantastic. Omega understands that these projects are huge investments and works to be transparent in everything they do. Drew made excellent suggestions on design elements for the house and everything he chose was exactly the feel I wanted for my home. He chose every paint color and worked with me on incorporating what I wanted in the proposed budget. I have not had a person step in the house that has not commented on what a spectacular transformation the house has undergone. Every worker that comes in is courteous and punctual. They even helped me carry in some heavy items from my car. The detail of the work is above and beyond. The tiles in the shower are all matched so they look like one slab of marble. Even the screws in my light plates are all at 12 o'clock. It is exceptional and impressive."

"When the removed the old toilet they found tree roots growing up the pipe.They were surprised the toilet still worked.They put copper sulfate down the pipe for a couple of days if I remember right.They were hoping that would work or they would have to break up the floor to find where it was coming from. But it worked thank goodness. I just had them out again to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. The only problem I had was the tank on the toilet was not tighten down like it should have been and they left things alittle messy. Other than that I was completely satisfied. <br /> <br /> <br />Not sure on cost of putting toilet in. We provided our on toilet but I don't have the receipt of the job with me. This is an approximate cost. <br />"

"Extreme Septic came highly recommended and I was quick to find out why! Their guys, DJ and Chris did a great job of cleaning my septic tank and dealing with the sins of the previous homeowner (cooking grease, etc). They took the extra time to do the job right when they easily could have said good enough and put the cover on. Not only that but they took the time to explain to this first time septic tank owner the do’s and don’t and was happy to do it. I ended up buying the suggested maintenance chemical from them as well (quick search found the prices extremely competitive to online). I couldn’t be happier with the service AND THE PRICING (Even with the chemicals I was below what I budgeted from researching) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM if you need septic tank service. THANKS!!!"
