"Greg and his crew did a very good job removing replacing my entire roof, pipe vents, and replacing all my Turbine vents with a new ridge cap. His crew works hard and Greg always responded as soon as possible to any concerns that I had. They did a great job on clean up after the roof was finished. Give the Grey P; a call if you need help with your roof."

"we received a recommendation from the contractor we were using and contacted them.  we did everything by the internet and phone since we weren't living in the area at the time.   they were quick w/responses via email and phone.  they were started and completed the roof in the time frame exactly as they said they would.  The color and workmanship is excellent.  they also did an exceptional job at clean up.   we are extremely happy w/the work and the 10 year warranty that comes with. <br />"

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn&#39;t covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told &#39;m sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back &amp; clean up all the mess that was left &amp; fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice &amp; respectful &amp; addressed &amp; fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess &amp; broke a item of mine I&#39;ve had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"I needed a roof repair and was tired of having to patch up every other week it felt like. I had some quotes to replace the roof and luckily I found Ryan who helped me save 1/2 of the cost on a roof replacement! Then with his services coming with a warranty just made sense. "

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Laurie, MO

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
