"I was impressed with Jacob from the moment I submitted my request for a quote. He called me immediately. He asked me to send him pictures of the hose bibs so he could see what the job areas looked like, and to assess the new hose bibs he would need (in order to give me a quote). He was concerned about one bib that was very close to my stucco, and he did a fantastic job (!!!) of not disturbing the stucco. He showed up promptly, and completed his work quickly and neatly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs major or minor plumbing work, and will not hesitate to call him again myself."

The first tech, who did our plumbing analysis after we signed up for the VIP program, was also not able to remove it. After we explained the problem to Anderson, they sent Chris. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."
