"It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)

"Dan’s crew of six were at my home bright and early this morning, worked steadily, completed my small home in one day, and my roof looks great! Dan painted my chimney surround and another chimney on the roof, to match the replacement vents, and replaced some fascia so that everything looks pulled together and tidy. The guys were professional and polite, Dan checked over everything when the job was completed to insure it was up to standard, and encouraged me to call him at any time if I have questions or concerns. I met with a few different roofing contractors and when I met Mark, I felt comfortable with having him and his team do the job. He offered great ideas and helped us decide on the new shingle color and style, and was always available to answer questions. His team was polite and of course really skilled, you could tell that they could do this stuff with their eyes closed haha. "We used SAL to do tile work in our kitchen.  We needed 7 new windows in the back of our house due to some storm damage as well as new cedar siding.  We live in an older home and come to find out the old windows were covered in lead paint.  Obviously this made us very nervous and concerned and we wanted this lead issue corrected immediately.  SAL has all the certification to handle LEAD abatement and successfully removed and replaced our windows.  The windows were done in conjunction with the siding on the back of the house. Our house is mainly brick on the front and sides. We had cedar clap siding that was damaged by a storm on the back of the house. SAL suggested that we use cement siding to replace the damaged cedar. SAL & his crew did a wonderful job, not only installing the windows & siding but cleaning up. They actually cleaned my entire house from top to bottom with special vacuums and cleaners to ensure the lead dust was removed. We are so pleased with SAL & his crew. At first we thought the price was high but after seeing all the extra work it takes to deal with lead we are confident the price was fair. Thanks again and job well done.

"Excellent!! A couple months after moving into our house, we discovered that we had a leaky roof. After calling several roofers with no response, my husband called King's Child Construction. Casey the owner answered - said he'd come out later in the day. As good as his word, he came over that night, made a recommendation on a solution, and gave us an estimate. He was back the next morning and within a couple hours or so he had our roof fixed - total was pretty much in line with his estimate. Casey is a general handyman, and we've been so impressed with his work and his attitude that we've already talked to him about doing some landscaping and repair the water damage in a month or so. And next year, we'll have him rejuvenate our wood deck. He is a really hard-working young man, and it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work. We would highly recommend him"
