My insurance only replaced what needed fixed for hail damage. He went above and beyond and upgraded my roof to ridge vents and replaced as many deck boards as I needed with my insurance check. David was a very polite and professional through the whole process. The clean up was unbelievable. My yard and landscape was a mess. My only advice to anyone with tender plants or bushes like hydrangeas or azaleas that have branches that might easily break off is to warn them ahead of time to cover with "extra care" if these are in the way, or you might figure a way to cover them yourself.
