He was honest about not knowing if he could guarantee the Hardie siding against woodpeckers but he gave me his list of references. The third call connected me with someone who also had woodpecker problems with wood siding. He confirmed that since the installation of Hardie concrete fiber siding, there has been no further woodpecker problem. Once convinced that this product would help resolve our issue, the process was smooth and fast. Contract signed, work started in 6 days and finished in 2. Excellent worksmanship (product appears almost seamless) and thorough clean up after the job. Our old house has settled and windows are crooked. The workmen cut in around them with good precision. We will have the opposite end of the house sided in the spring and will hire Beantown again to do it."

"We have lived in our home for ~ 2.5 years. As a result of inferior workmanship and materials used by the original contractor (someone other than United) , we contracted with United to redo our siding, our exterior trim, and our entry doors. Nik was our estimator and he was a pleasure to work with. We've dealt with estimators in the past and most of them prefer to quote a price without going into detail. Nik, without any prompting from us, went into detail to define what we would be getting for the quoted price. Weuler was our project manager; he was very courteous. He would communicate in advance what the crew would plan to work on for the day or week. He would also let us know if weather prevented the crew from working. Junior was our foreman and it is obvious that he has much experience, and his team has much experience. They would arrive promptly at 7AM each day and begin to set up equipment and position materials to be deployed. They were very well organized; it appeared to us that everyone knew exactly what their role was each day they came onsite. They were also super respectful and cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work. United installed Everlast composite siding and PVC trim on our 3,000+ square foot home. If you have a chance to visit United's building in Ashland, you will understand why they are so good at what they do...there is an indoor training facility where they teach how to properly install siding! We are loving our newly resided home, and would use United again in a heartbeat. You will find they are not going to be the cheapest quote, but I believe we got what we paid for and there were no ugly surprises. We've dealt with contractors in the past who quoted low and then tried to cut corners to make up for it during the project; United is the opposite of those guys. You will not be disappointed with their finished product or surprised in an unpleasant way!"

"Should you need a great contractor? My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Pro Warrior Painting and Construction. Living in Newburyport our large wooden deck had seen it’s day and we knew the time had come to completely replace it. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! It’s obvious he has had these guys working for him for a long time as the daily moral was high and they all worked together seamlessly, with an obvious tone of mutual respect. "My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. I can’t say enough good things about All Under One Roof. They had a great crew and did a fantastic job. In fact, my neighbor across the street who had a birds eye view of work in progress, then hired them to replace his roof. John Lanzafame, the company’s owner, is a jewel. He’s very professional, responsible and communicative – a “take charge” guy in the best meaning possible. I was completely comfortable and confident that I was in good hands, and did not have to worry about micro managing the work. "I was very happy with this company from the delivery of materials to the courteousness of the crew and the workmanship they did. There was one day of rain which delayed the start of the project, and they still finished on time. About three months later I had an issue with some loose siding and the gutters not properly catching water. I called them in within a couple of weeks they were out here fixing the issues and again they were courteous, and did what they needed to do."

"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you!
