"Justin arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit board. He advised me to call him if there were any further problems. The next day I experienced the same temperature control issues that prompted my original call. I called Justin and a second appointment was scheduled. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."
