"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"I saved Akil’s # from 7 years ago . Wow! So glad I did. He drove from Totawa and actually he considered cleaning my gutters as it part of the original service. Plus he cleaned my polo barn roof off and gave me a free estimate on siding . Totally trust this guy . Plus he is thorough and polite."

"Weà  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve used Home Advisor for estimates on a number of different jobs. This time we were looking for estimates on some major stucco repair work on one side of our home. Several contractors came out and either felt that the job was too involved time-wise for them or started proposing numbers that were way beyond what we could afford. And then we met Sam from Progressive Renovations. He was affable and encouraging. The job was certainly doable he assured us, but conceded that there might be unexpected work due to the fact that the house was built in 1896. We anticipated this since weà  à ¢à  à  à  à  ve been living here for 47 years. He was very reassuring about any additional costs and when we did, in fact run into several serious foundation issues, Sam and his brother Mel told us we could work everything out at a minimal additional cost. And they were not only true to their word but Sam completed a number of à  à ¢à  à  à  à  extrasà  à ¢à  à  à  à  to make the final result even more satisfying than we expected, Sam and his crack team of masons, carpenters, and painters were frustrated by many no-work rainy days we experienced, but they more than made up for lost days by working full days even on Saturdays. In fact they worked on two different Sundays all day. We certainly would call on them for future jobs. We recommend Progressive without reservations. Thanks Sam, Mel, and the team who completed a beautiful job."

"Home Genius came out to perform a partial siding/gutter install for my home which needed it very badly. I'm very impressed with the level of professionalism and poignancy on behalf of the team and especially Taylor the project manager. I had an amazing experience all around. I'd recommend them anytime."

"They did an impeccable job on our roof. It needed to be completed replaced, and after they got the permits they replaced and fixed it in less than a week. They were super professional, super nice, and got the job done. Would highly recommend them, and they guarantee their work for years!"

"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"Greg and his team surpassed my expectations - I was looking for a same day repair or estimate when a leak started coming down from the ceiling. Greg took down my information, and advised he'd be there at 4:30. He later called and asked if he could be there at 2:30 since he finished his last job early. Within an hour of the initial call he was there, and his crew completed the needed repair (turned out to be siding) within 48 hours. I'm very pleased with the repair, and highly recommend Greg and his team."

"The initial call to the company was facilitated by Shirley, who was very nice, professional and helped to schedule a date and time we could be home for Carlos, who provided the evaluation of our existing roof, gutter and skylight. He provided paperwork, the estimate and honored our desire to read the contract and discuss our options after he left.  He did not hassle or push for us to accept and sign the contract. Carlos was professional, prompt and thorough. During the evaluation he was sure to make the measurements to the roof and skylight so the estimate would be as accurate as could be.  Carlos answered all questions our discussions, and during the phone calls to confirm the roof and gutter replacement.  On the day of the service, for some reason the battery lost its charge, and I was not able to move the car.  The crew led by Sandy was kind, considerate and covered the car with their tarp. They told me that "it's okay", (after I apologized over and over). Although not directly in their way, they still had to make sure none of the shingles, supplies or the Equipter hit the car. All members of the crew tolerated my questions periodically throughout the day, and were very polite while providing a brief explanation of what they were doing. All members of the crew knew their assignment, and worked throughout the entire day, with the exception of their lunch break. Carlos came to the house, went on the roof, and checked on the progress. The roof looks great, the gutters/downspout are great and the skylight replacement provides us with the new and fresh view.  The shed roof has new and fresh look, with the old tattered shingles and damaged deck boards replacement. Carlos said he was present when the old gutters were removed so he could confirm if the soffit boards would require replacement. I told him beforehand to replace the wood if it was bad or rotted.  Following the completion of the entire project, Carlos came to the house to be able to see the gutter that I inquired about during a follow up phone call. When I returned home from work that day, the tiny adjustment was made to our satisfaction.  Financing was also made available to us if we needed it.
