Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "Robb was awesome! When I called to schedule, he asked a lot of questions to help me choose the best fence for my dog. He arrived when scheduled - and did not ask for a four hour window to arrive! We walked the yard 2x to make sure I liked the placement and to discuss all the utility markings. I have an older home and many of the wires that should have be buried much lower than an invisible fence wire would be buried, are not. Robb was very careful, hand shoveling a lot, to make sure that no wires where cut. The cuts through my cement were precision and sealed very well. The spot were the wire was brought into my garage was completed with PCV pipe to be both esthetically pleasing as well as protective of the wire. "It went great!! The Fence Co was the cheapest and fastest to meet with me out of four different local fence installation companies. I couldn't be happier with my new fence! It looks beautiful, feels sturdy, and keeps my dog in my yard! The fence I wanted was a non-stock item, so it took 3 weeks for the materials to get in but the scheduling and installation were completely stress-free and easy! Gina met with me and created a proposal with all the things I asked for. 50% deposit was due upon signing the proposal and 50% due upon completion of the work. The dirt was piled next to each post (as mentioned in the proposal) and so I spread it out better before I took the picture. "Based on some good recommendations and competitive pricing, we went with Heartwood for several fences for our horse property. John came right over to discuss our fencing options and provided a cost estimate for each. Installation was in stages as the property became ready.Ineach stage, John was able to accommodate us pretty quickly and showed up when he said he would as long as weather conditions permitted without excessive damage to the existing lawn. His method of driving posts seemed efficient and has lasted well according to others who have had this done. Whether it was the sturdy 3 board wood fence for our runout, the low maintenance 3 strand plastic ribbon fence for the pastures, or the original pole fence design for the round pen, John produced an attractive and well built product. He provided good advice throughout the process and delivered on the agreed-to schedule, at the agreed-to price. My next door neighbor also had him build a great looking wire mesh fence. "Frisby did a great job on my new roof installation. I contacted them and filled out the contract online, then a few days later had a phone conference to go over the contract and ask questions. We were put on their schedule and informed it would be about four weeks, which was fine. I regularly received e-mail updates as to our start date. Within 2 weeks I received a call that the materials would be delivered the following Tuesday and the work would start on Wednesday [weather permitting]. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, unloaded their tools and went straight to work. The work included removing an old unused fireplace insert stack and 2 wind turbine vents before the new shingles were installed. The holes were boarded up so the roof had a solid surface. They completed the installation in one day, and other than a few minor details which are being resolved, they did a great job. They cleaned up my yard of debris and nails before leaving. The ladies in the office were a pleasure to work with, the pre-work inspectors were very knowledgeable, the crew was professional and hard-working, and the post-work inspector was very receptive to my observations and questions. All in all, I would highly recommend Frisby for any roofing work you may need !"
