"My a/c hadn't worked for two days, it was 90 degrees in the house. our go to hvac company is comfort heating and air, we called them, and a gentlemen named Taylor Burton showed up and promptly got to work. He was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes. He told us what was wrong, and even changed the filter to the unit. I highly recommend this company. I've used them before for my hvac needs, and both times they were able to fix whatever problem I had. 5/5 stars. "

"First of all, Evans is very helpful. It's hard to find a technician that is willing to service 20+ year old HVAC systems. He also took time to explain the problems with the system. A technician who explains things is a good technician in my book. Second, he is considerate. He offered different solutions at different price points, explained the pros and cons of each solution and let me decide. Not everyone can afford or is willing to replace the entire system if it can still be repaired. I'm glad I came across a technician that still offers repair solutions to an old system. To make a long story short, I would recommend this guy, especially to those who need to have their old AC system serviced. "

As a second generation family-owned business, those same values lead our company today. Fayette Heating & Air has been recognized nationally, regionally and locally for both business practices and its community efforts.
"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"
