He followed up with a proposal with estimated costs. We liked his proposal and selected some of the work scope (deferring other portions for a later date). His availability was within the time span we anticipated. Cisco is an excellent communicator and as such kept us informed about scheduling possibilities and relatively small cost adjustments due to small change orders and increased material costs. He returned with his crew to do the work as scheduled. They worked efficiently as individuals and a team and were very pleasant. We are very satisfied with the work done. The new driveway is attractive and most importantly seems to have solved a significant drainage problem. My wife and I will be asking Cisco to come back for future projects and recommend him and his crew to you for your consideration."
